I hope you all had a fantastic Easter! We did. I spent all weekend with two songs stuck in my head: 1. In Christ Alone & 2. Up From the Grave He Arose. Both excellent songs and great for reflecting on Christ's resurrection. We didn't hunt any eggs yesterday because, let's face, the boys are only 9 months old. But we did go to an Easter Egg Hunt the weekend before and here are the pictures from that:
The hula hoop made for good entertainment when the eggs got a little old.
But who wants eggs or a hula hoop when there are bulldozers to be played with?
So yesterday before church, we got the boys dressed and let them see their Easter baskets:
The boys got Easter cards earlier this week from Mimi & Grandpa, so I saved them for their baskets.
They both got a stuffed bunny (actually given to them at a baby shower before they were born - can't remember by who, but we're thankful to them) and a new pair of shoes from Nana & Pops.
After church, we went to Nana & Pops' house for lunch and funfilled day of family. Uncle James was there and he gave the boys each a big stuffed bunny and a dragon hoodie towel.
We played outside
Then the adults played Uno Attack before supper. It was a fun day, and boys were wiped out by the time we got home.
